After the dough has risen, take it out onto a well floured surface, the dough will be sticky but that’s what you want. Sprinkle the dough with extra flour and flour your hands then fold the dough from the bottom over the top until it holds its shape, it should only take 3-4 folds.
In a clean bowl place a piece of parchment paper and gently put your dough down into the bowl, over the parchment paper. Cover and let sit for another 30 minutes.
While the dough rest, place your dutch oven with the lid into the oven and preheat at 250° C for 30 minutes.
When 30 minutes is up carefully take your dutch oven out. Take the lid off. Grab the parchment paper with the dough and place the dough along with the parchment paper into the dutch oven and place the lid on it and put back into the oven.
Take a sharp scissors and make fewvlong slashes along the top to help the bread to open up and prevent the bread from splitting uneavenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, then carefully remove the lid with an oven mit, and let the bread bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Once done, carefully remove the bread from the dutch oven and allow to cool fully before cutting.
