coconut slices

Instructions
To make milk
Put coconut and water in a blender and blend for few minutes till most of the coconut slices disindagrate.
Warm water help here.
Use cheescloth or milk bag to strain the milk.
Pancakes
Put everything into a blender and blitz to a smooth batter! That simple!
Heat the non stick pan and add oil if using.
Use about 1/3 of a cup for each pancake and fry till bubbles form then flip on the other side and cook further minute or so.
