celeriac
around 300 g

apple

vegan mayonaise
4
tblsp
vegan yogurt
salt & pepper

tblsp
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Wash the celeriac and apple and grate them in a food processor or use a veggie grater.
Add lemon juice first as it will stop the celeriac and apple turn brown!
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Leave it in a fridge for at least 30 min before serving.
