Mix, Knead, and Press Combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add coconut oil and knead into a crumble. Set aside 2 tablespoons for decoration. Transfer the rest to a lined form, press carefully, cover with baking paper, and load with ceramic balls. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then remove the load and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Simmer and Infuse In a pot, combine poppy seeds and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring. Add dry fruit, crushed nuts, orange zest, maple syrup, rum, and coconut oil. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Let the mixture cool.

Roll, Cut, and Decorate" Roll the reserved dough into a thin sheet between two sheets of baking paper. Use cookie cutters to create shapes. Chill them in the fridge. Spread the poppy seed mixture on the baked cake. Decorate with the chilled shapes.
