Simple and easy recipe

Prepare some ingredients: – Chill coconut milk. – Soak dates for blending. – Blitz nuts and dates until crumbly.

Preapre the rest of the cake: – Press nut mix into a lined tin – Mix solid coconut milk with ingredients. – Pour over the nut-date crust.

– Bake at 180°C for 35 min. Melt the chocolate of your choice - mine is dark without added sugar

Make sure your cake is cooled to at least room temperature. Pour your chocolate on cooled cake and let it set!  I often set it in the fridge
